As an advisor, Charles believes in an educational approach to each and every acquisition; applying his personal experiences and learnings in an easily digestible manner for everyone from first-time homebuyers, to the savvy, institutional investor. Value-add projects being a speciality, Charles, himself, has completed several renovations projects, affording the ability to share his extensive knowledge throughout the process.

Charles obtained a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management from George Mason University’s School of Management. Once an avid, collegiate runner, he believes each weekend should start off with a long-run and a Cuban coffee shared with friends & family.

Mary Duro

Mary has been passionate about real estate as long as she can remember. She grew up in the suburbs of New York City and began her involvement with her family’s property management business as a teenager. She had a successful career in law in New York City and spent several years on Wall Street, conducting debt restructuring for municipal and corporate clients, and then later cross-border transactions with a largely Latin American focus. She moved to Buenos Aires, Argentina where she lived and worked for several years before moving back to the United States. After working for several more years as a lawyer in New York City, she moved to Miami and earned her Florida real estate license and joined Compass as a real estate agent in Miami.

Mary has a dynamic and warm personality and is always excited to serve as an advisor to clients. She easily relates to her clients and loves getting to know their personalities and assisting them on all aspects of their real estate transactions.

Mary is an alumna of the University of Maryland, where she earned a Bachelor's degree, and St. John’s University, where she earned her Juris doctorate. She is a member of the executive board of the Sigma Kappa Miami alumnae chapter. She loves to cook and entertain, and in her spare time, she enjoys running, yoga, reading and watching baseball. She speaks Spanish and English and resides in Key Biscayne with her husband and two children.

Nicolette Siringo

Nicolette is a graduate of Vanderbilt University, and a current medical student at the University of Miami Miller School of Medicine.

She began working at Shawn Elliott Luxury Homes and Estates over ten years ago as an administrative assistant, where she learned the ins and outs of the real estate industry.

In 2015, she earned her New York State salesperson license and has since helped to generate roughly 30 million in sales volume during her short career. Nicolette is triple-licensed in New York, New Jersey, and Florida and makes great effort to stay up-to-date on population migration, shifting market trends, emerging new development, and investment prospects in these regions. Since studying business in college, Nicolette has acquired extensive knowledge in marketing, entrepreneurship, statistical analysis, corporate strategy, organizational development, human resources, and accounting. She prides herself on being attune to detail and providing exceptional customer service, and she is eager to continue her career in sales primarily in the New York and South Florida markets.
